End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Parrot Replay ("the Software"), developed and distributed by Parrot Replay Software ("the Developer"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
01 License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single device at any one time. Licenses are issued per user and may be subject to activation limits tied to hardware identifiers.
02 Ownership and Restrictions
The Software and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Developer. You may not, including but not limited to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Share, sell, rent, lease, redistribute, or transfer the Software or any license key
- Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with the licensing system
- Use the Software in any way that does not comply with applicable laws
03 Online Activation and Validation
Parrot Replay uses an online licensing system. When activating or validating a license, the Software communicates with the Developer's servers to verify license authenticity, associate the license with a hardware identifier, and confirm license status including validity, expiry, or revocation.
Licenses may be restricted to a single device unless manually released. The Developer reserves the right to revoke licenses in cases of abuse, fraud, or breach of this Agreement.
04 Hardware Binding
Licenses are linked to a hardware identifier generated from your system. Significant hardware changes may require manual license release or reactivation. Replacement or transfer of licenses is granted at the Developer's discretion.
05 Recording and Consent Responsibilities
The Software enables recording and replay of voice communications. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, obtaining consent where required, and following platform or game rules. The Developer is not responsible for how the Software is used.
06 Misuse and Enforcement
The Developer reserves the right to revoke licenses, restrict access, or refuse service in cases of misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, harassment, or attempts to circumvent the licensing system.
07 Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are for digital goods delivered instantly. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at the sole discretion of the Developer unless required by applicable law.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the associated license may be suspended or permanently revoked. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
08 Third-Party Services
The Software relies on third-party services including Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional emails, Railway for infrastructure, and VB-Audio for audio routing components. The Developer is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
09 Email Communication
License delivery and system notifications are sent via email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that emails from parrotreplay.com can be received. The Developer is not responsible for missed communications due to spam filtering, incorrect addresses, or external email provider issues.
10 Availability and Service Dependency
The Software may require an active internet connection for activation and validation. Service availability is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party service failures. The Developer is not liable for any loss of access resulting from such interruptions.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or access to accounts.
13 Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Licenses may be revoked remotely.
14 No Affiliation
Parrot Replay is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game, platform, or third-party service.
15 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Software. By using the Software, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
16 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
17 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer.
18 Changes to this Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
19 Acknowledgment
By using the Software, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
